1. By Using This Site, You Agree to These Terms
The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and MAKEUPPORTAL.COM LTD. ("MUP"). Your access to, and use of, this MUP website (the "Site") is subject to the following terms of use and all applicable laws and regulations as defined below (together, the "Terms of Use"). 2. Registration
By registering, you certify that the information you provide on the registration form is accurate and pertains only to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password you are assigned. Your password may not be shared with any other person. We reserve the right to deactivate or suspend use of services for any reason, subject to a 30 days prior notice. By registering to use the Site, you hereby agree to be registered in our data base, and, in accordance with our privacy policy, you hereby agree to receive emails, advertisement, newsletters and other from of communication from MUP, until you explicitly notify MUP of your wish to unsubscribe from receiving such communication.
3. Payable Services
The Site offer its users, a "members only" services as detailed in the appropriate section in the Site, subject to payment of the members monthly fee ("Monthly Fee") detailed in the registration page, as may be revised and adjusted by MUP from time to time (the "Services").
You will be charged for the Monthly Fee for each calendar month in advance. You may terminate your membership at any time, upon notice to MUP, and MUP will not charge the Monthly fee from you on the following month. You will remain a member until the end of the calendar month in which you provided MUP with a notice for the termination of your membership.
During the first two calendar month of your membership, you may terminate your membership with a full refund of the Monthly Fee you paid MUP for such membership period.
4. Website Services Use Eligibility
The Services may be subject to additional terms and conditions as provided in the Site. People using the members only payable Services must be 18 years old or over, or such legal age permitted in one's jurisdiction to form a binding contract. If you are under the age of 18 or the applicable legal age in your jurisdiction, you can use the Services and any other services provided by this Site only in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, your parent or guardian who has agreed to these Terms of Use. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms of Use and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
